Welcome to the Fincrux Resource Center. This documentation is designed to assist corporate controllers, financial analysts, and system administrators in the seamless deployment and operation of our enterprise-grade Excel templates and ERP workflows.

System Requirements & Compatibility:

• Software: Microsoft 365 (Enterprise/Business) or Microsoft Excel 2021 (Fully compatible with Windows & macOS).

• Security & Macros: Some advanced automated models utilize VBA macros for complex data routing. Please ensure macros are securely enabled within your Excel Trust Center for Fincrux files.

Standard Deployment Instructions:

1. Download & Extract: Upon successful purchase, download the secure ZIP file and extract the contents to your organization's local directory or secure cloud environment.

2. Initial Configuration: Open the master template and navigate directly to the 'Chart of Accounts' or 'Settings' tab. Map your internal financial accounts to the standardized Fincrux architecture.

3. Data Integration: Begin inputting or importing your raw transaction data into the designated input sheets. To maintain structural integrity and audit readiness, do not modify locked formula cells.

Best Practices for Financial Integrity:

• Always retain a clean, unaltered master copy of the template before inputting live operational data.

• Perform regular backups of your populated financial models at the end of each reporting period.
