Can I customize the charts of accounts and formulas? Absolutely. All Fincrux templates are delivered unlocked, allowing financial administrators to map specific charts of accounts and modify formulas to align with their organization's internal reporting standards.

What is your refund policy for digital downloads? Due to the nature of digital intellectual property, all sales are final. We do not offer refunds or exchanges once a file has been downloaded. If you experience technical difficulties, our support team is available to assist you.
